Description of the Cabin
Lodging accommodations and a fully equipped meeting room for a group size of up to 20 provides a home atmosphere for a church, ministry, club or other retreat.
One of the few vacation rental houses in the area offering off-street parking, handicap access, air conditioning, and LOTS of room for a multi-family group (no need to argue about rooms when there are THREE master bedrooms and room for lots of children in the bunk room or play room!)
Under the menu item "Our Cabin" you can look at pictures and descriptions for each room, examine the house floorplan, and look at the panoramas of rooms to get a good idea of what you will find. There is also a video walk through of the entire house.
Owners
We love Shaver Lake! I (Dottie Natal) and my husband (David Natal) have been coming to Shaver since we were teenagers. We fell in love in the Sierra Nevada mountains in 1969 when we were backpacking with a group of youth. We have come to Shaver Lake and the area nearly every summer since then! We finally decided we needed to build a home, large enough to house our extended family, for our vacations and to provide an opportunity for other families and groups to love Shaver as much as we do. We explored neighborhoods and absolutely felt that Granite Ridge was the best--so quiet, with hiking trails everywhere, beautiful houses and trees and large lots. This house is on a lot that is slightly larger than one acre. It has a hiking trail crossing the bottom, some lovely large granite rocks, and is so easy to get to from Highway 126. It is minutes from the lake, close to the snowboarding/ski area China Peak, a short drive from town, and clean and safe.
